Service Description
Flow or Vinyasa is a type of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. Vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous gentle flow. Pacing in this class is slower than our Flow classes. All levels welcome! This is a VIRTUAL class. You will need to log on to an electronic device (e.g. phone, ipad, computer) to participate. A ZOOM link will be sent to your email after you book. To ensure everyone's safety and enhance the experience for both the instructor and fellow students, we kindly ask that you keep your camera on during the virtual yoga class. This allows us to offer guidance and create a more connected environment. Thank you! If this is your first time attending class this calendar year at PhysiYo, we will have a liability/emergency contact form for you to fill out prior to your first class.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend, cancellations must be made 1 hour prior to the class so we can fill your spot. Class Packs should be rescheduled, not cancelled. Classes with zero enrollment 2 hours prior to the start of class will be cancelled. Consistent low enrollment classes may be removed from the schedule.
