Service Description
Embark on a transformative fitness journey with our Barre class, a fast-paced, dynamic workout that alternates between the mat and the barre, blending strength training with core conditioning to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your body. This class utilizes the stability of the barre, along with weights and resistance bands, to challenge your body through a series of precise, low-impact movements. Designed to target your core, arms, legs, and glutes, our Barre class emphasizes endurance and flexibility, making it ideal for sculpting lean muscles and enhancing overall physical fitness. While suitable for various levels, this class is fast-paced, so prior fitness experience is recommended. We provide modifications to ensure those familiar with fitness can push their limits and achieve their personal fitness goals.

Cancellation Policy
Memberships: If you are unable to attend, cancellations must be made 1 hour prior to the class so we can fill your spot. Class Packs do expire so classes should be rescheduled, not cancelled. Drop-Ins are nonrefundable. Classes with zero enrollment 2 hours prior to the start of class will be cancelled. Consistent low enrollment classes may be removed from the schedule.
