Sam's passion for movement and mindfulness has led her to pursue a career as both a physical therapist and a yoga instructor. As a yoga instructor, she focuses on helping individuals build strength, balance, and awareness, tailoring each practice to meet unique needs and goals.
Drawing inspiration from her background in physical therapy, she emphasizes safe, intentional movement and alignment while fostering a deeper connection between mind, body, and breath. She enjoys guiding students through a flow and adapting movements to meet each individual's needs. Sam's goal is to empower others to feel grounded, resilient, and at ease in their bodies.
