Jamie Banicki, LMT​

Jamie was born and raised in Duluth, Minnesota, before making the Twin Cities her home in 2012. She attended the Aveda Institute Minneapolis in 2017, where she earned her Massage Therapy Certificate and discovered her passion for helping others through bodywork. With her years of experience, Jamie specializes in Swedish/Relaxation Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Acupressure, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and Hot Stone Massage.

 

Beyond her expertise in massage therapy, Jamie pursued further education at Inver Hills Community College, earning an Associate’s Degree in 2023. She brings a client-focused approach to every session, ensuring that each treatment is tailored to support healing, relaxation, and overall wellness.

 

Outside of work, Jamie cherishes time with her 10-year-old child and their beloved pets—a bearded dragon named Lizzy and two dogs, Chance, a playful Yellow Lab, and Tyson, an adventurous English Bulldog who is 100% deaf but lives life to the fullest. As a family, they love spending time outdoors hiking, fishing, canoeing, and taking camping trips across Northern Minnesota and Wisconsin.
