Christina Henkel received her Masters of Arts degree in Physical Therapy from The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN in 2000. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher, a Reiki Master and holds certificates in Holistic Nutrition, Muscle Testing and Dry Needling.
She is excited to work in an environment that focuses on overall wellness. She enjoys expanding her knowledge of nutrition and exercise while continuing to live and learn about the mind-body connection with our health. In addition to practicing yoga on her own, she has also taken additional courses in applying yoga and Pilates concepts in a therapeutic setting. Her main focus in the clinic is listening to her patients. She enjoys getting to know each of her patients personally and designing a treatment program according to their individual needs.
Christina is originally from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Growing up in that area has given her an appreciation for the outdoors and for staying active. She currently lives in Lakeville with her husband, her three wonderful children and an abundance of animals.
